Darnitsa Transfers Two-Thirds of Waste for Recycling under the Environmental Protection Program

In 2017 Darnitsa started separate waste collection, battery collection from public and introduced “green office” principles.

According to the results of 2019, Darnitsa transferred about 70% of the generated waste for recycling. That is mostly pharmaceutical waste.

The company noted that in order to reduce the environmental impact, in 2017 Darnitsa introduced separate collection of garbage in office premises and collection of batteries from the public. The office premises of the company operate following the principle of “green office”: the system of water purification to drinking quality has been installed, the automatic control of lighting, the regulation of heat supply have been organized and the authorized printing has been introduced.
