Darnytsia will Cooperate with the Association of Inclusive Country for Employment of People with Disabilities

Pharmaceutical Company ‘Darnytsia’ and charitable organization ‘Association of Inclusive Country’ signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The main purpose of the document is to create conditions for employment of people with disabilities in Ukraine.

Within the memorandum, Darnytsia will be able to expand its own programmes on labour inclusion and create more full-fledged jobs for Ukrainians with disabilities.

An important part of the cooperation will also be the involvement of Darnytsia in supporting the ‘ПРАЦЮЙ!’ project, which is a platform for employers to place vacancies and CVs of citizens with disabilities.

Other areas of the collaborative effort of the company and the Association of Inclusive Country will be the consolidation of activities of the authorities, business community, the public, and the media on the employment of people with disabilities, analysis of problems in the labour market, assistance in finding vacancies and conducting trainings, seminars, and other educational events for citizens with disabilities to gain or improve their qualifications.
