Darnytsia Acted as a Partner of the HR-Brand Ukraine 2023 Award

Pharmaceutical Company ‘Darnytsia’ acted as a partner of the HR-Brand Ukraine 2023 award and particularly supported ‘The Best Leader Development Programme’ nomination.

We would like to remind you that the HR-Brand Ukraine award is organized by the grc.ua job search portal. It is awarded for the most successful projects in the field of human capital management and the reputation of companies as employers.

Last year, Darnytsia won the ‘Cultural Code’ nomination with the #PharmDefence. Everyone in Their Place (#ФармОборона. Кожен на своєму місці) project.

The purpose of this project was to support the employees of the national pharmaceutical manufacturer at the beginning of the full-scale war. Thus, in the Workplace internal social network, colleagues were told about the critical importance of medicines during the war and about the task of Darnytsia to take care of the health of the nation.

It was emphasized that each employee was important in his/her place. In addition, they told the stories of the Heroes of #PharmDefense—the employees who not only stayed in their jobs, but also did something more than the job descriptions required so that medicines did not disappear from the shelves of our country’s pharmacies.

This year, Olena Sokolova, People Director at Darnytsia, became a member of the expert jury of the HR-Brand Ukraine 2023 award.

Therefore, we should always remain flexible, ready for new challenges and quick decision-making. It is good that there are communities of professionals and recognized awards. I am sure that due to expertise sharing, not only companies are growing, but the whole industry is rising to a new level.
