Darnitsa took part in Uni-Biz Brige - a social project for cooperation between businesses and universities

This autumn, the Pharmaceutical Company Darnitsa has joined the Uni-Biz Brige social project for cooperation between businesses and universities for the first time.

On September 28-29, a series of online workshops was held for career and employment centers of higher education institutions of Ukraine. One of the speakers of the educational initiative was Olena Sokolova, Personnel Management Director of the Pharmaceutical Company Darnitsa, who told about the NPS and eNPS methodologies for creation of brand trust among students and shared step-by-step instructions for NPS conducting on your own.

The two-day lecture course brought together more than 800 listeners. During each webinar, the participants together with the UGEN event organizer and professional speakers from lifecell, Ukrsibbank, and Darnitsa shared useful information and their own experience. The topics of discussion were: digitalization, feedback importance, professional burnout, rules for university/department page maintaining in social networks, etc.
