Darnitsa Changes Pack Design

The Pharmaceutical Firm “Darnitsa” as the leader of the pharmaceutical industry develops constantly and thus it changes the design of packs of medicinal products.

The first ones to get the changes in the pack design were prescription medicinal products. The purpose of the redesign is to make the appearance of the pack convenient and informative for the patient. For this purpose, the company uses color coding according to the semiology of the product and pictograms to indicate the dosage form. On prescription drugs the information on the dose strength is additionally marked with color.

The Pharmaceutical Firm has taken care of the ecology, too, having reduced the amounts of lacquer used to cover packs.

Prescription drugs, such as Tiara Trio, Tiara Duo and Preventor, in new packs can already be found in pharmacies.

OTC drugs will have their pack design changed in 2020.

For OTC drugs manufactured by “Darnitsa” a new approach for the Ukrainian market has been used: when laid on a shelf, graphic elements on packs of drugs form a puzzle.
