Darnytsia Provided the Charitable Foundation "Save Mariupol" With Medicines Worth Over 1.6 Million UAH
Darnytsia Pharmaceutical Company has provided comprehensive assistance with medicines to "Save Mariupol" Charitable Foundation totaling over 1.6 million UAH.
Support for the foundation has been provided on a regular basis since 2024. It includes essential medicines that are distributed to the hottest spots in eastern Ukraine.
Thanks to the cooperation between Darnytsia and Save Mariupol, assistance has been received by:
• Paramedics of the "Hospitallers" battalion, who save lives on the front lines every day;
• Medical services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
• Residents of frontline communities, where constant shelling has destroyed infrastructure and pharmacies are not operating;
• Combat brigades defending Ukraine in the Kharkiv and Donetsk directions.
They have received, in particular, effective pain relief medications, syrups and hot drinks for cough treatment, antiviral drugs, antibiotics, as well as medicines for lowering blood pressure and relieving stomach pain.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Darnytsia has provided charitable assistance to Ukraine amounting to over 432 million UAH. The recipients of this aid include charitable foundations, the Defense Forces of Ukraine, and healthcare institutions. The total number of aid recipients during this time has reached 200.
"When you help people, people help you; if you have been supported, over time you should find an opportunity to support others. This is how, in my opinion, charity should work. Only together and through joint efforts can we get through these difficult times. A good example of this is our cooperation with Darnytsia, which is always ready to join charitable initiatives aimed at supporting those who need it most," said Albert Kolesnikov, founder of the Charitable Foundation "Save Mariupol."
