Darnytsia Spoke about the Use of Artificial Intelligence at Forbes Tech 2024
Confirming its digital leadership in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, Darnytsia took part in the Forbes Tech 2024 annual technology conference. The company told how artificial intelligence allows moving forward at high speed.
Darnytsia’s Digital Transformation Director Volodymyr Krasotin joined the panel “ChatGPT is two years. How use cases of Ukrainian companies have evolved during this time.”
Volodymyr spoke about the integration of artificial intelligence into the company’s work.
With the help of AI assistants, Darnytsia optimizes and significantly speeds up the search for raw materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients that meet the company’s internal standards.
If earlier this comparative work was carried out manually and took a lot of time, then with the help of artificial intelligence it takes place automatically and proceeds quite quickly. This is just one example of the integration of AI into the company’s work.
As Volodymyr noted, the key to the success of implementing artificial intelligence is investing in people. It is the culture of using AI, based on employee interest and involvement, that is the driver of change. The best technologies will remain undervalued if the team does not see value in them.
Understanding this, Darnytsia has created its own AI community, which unites specialists from different divisions of the company. Its members act as internal ambassadors of this technology. They collect ideas for automation on the spot, introduce colleagues to AI cases that exist in the company, and contribute to the faster implementation of artificial intelligence in everyday work.
