Where Care is a Principle: Darnytsia in the Ranking of the Most Veteran-Friendly Companies

Darnytsia has been included in the ranking of companies most friendly to veterans of Ukraine, compiled by Top Lead — an analytics company specializing in professional market research and corporate analysis.

This recognition is thanks to Darnytsia’s strong team, which faithfully supports those defending the state, and those who have already returned to peaceful life.

We were among the first to implement a Policy to support mobilized employees, war veterans and their families. Additionally, the Darnytsia team developed a Guide to Ethical Communication with Veterans — a practical tool for building respect and understanding — and signed the Principles of Veteran-Friendly Business, confirming our responsibility and openness to the veteran community.

Within the framework of the “Our Strong” program, we care for veterans not just in words, but through concrete actions: we preserve jobs, provide financial, psychological, and legal support, supply equipment and insurance, and organize recreation for those who have experienced war.

Respect and memory are important to us: every day at 9:00 am our team pauses for a minute of silence to honor the heroes who gave their lives in the great war. We have important initiatives such as “Heroes’ Memory” and “Together.” In “Heroes’ Memory,” we preserve heroic stories, and through “Together,” we support mobilized colleagues and their families, remaining a true homefront.

“For me, the true value of this award lies in the humanity and trust we build every day. Darnytsia is a community that supports its people in any conditions. Together we are creating a new culture of support, care and gratitude,” says Darnytsia’s People Director, Olena Sokolova.
