Darnytsia Maintains Leading Positions in the Labour Market, Implementing the Best Practices in Caring for Employees
Darnytsia Pharmaceutical Company continues to maintain leading positions in the labour market, implementing the best practices in caring for employees.
This is evidenced by the results of the Labour Market Barometer 2024-2025 HR research of Ukraine by GRC.ua, the partner of which was Darnytsia.
The research involved 2,702 companies and 6,641 respondents.
According to research results, Darnytsia was among the 40% of companies that managed to retain a full staff, which is an important indicator of stability and trust.
The company also ranked among 16% of employers who increased wages by more than 10%, recognizing the importance of decent compensation.
The largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in Ukraine is among the 20% of companies that actively work with young professionals through internships, mentoring programmes, and cooperation with universities.
Darnytsia is among 43% of companies that have implemented comprehensive solutions for veterans. For example, the #NashiSylni programme provides support to mobilized employees and veterans.

The results of the research confirm that many of the services available at Darnytsia are rare in the Ukrainian labour market. In particular, the company’s own medical department, mental health training and webinars, psychological and legal consultations, sports and recreation services, as well as discounts on meals for company employees.
