Darnytsia has Received Awards for the Best Employer Brand and Internal PR
Darnytsia Pharmaceutical Company won two nominations at the PR marathon from Marketing Media Review (MMR) - "Employer Brand" and "Best Internal PR".
In the conditions of modern challenges and wartime, the issue of national identity has become extremely relevant for many Ukrainians. To support our employees and unite them around common values, we at Darnytsia have initiated a unique project "Being Ukrainians is About Us", which won in the "Employer Brand" nomination. It was aimed at strengthening national consciousness and pride in the cultural heritage of Ukraine.
As part of the Darnytsia project, interactive lectures on the Ukrainian language "Ukrainian is About Us", literature "Reading is About Us" and Ukrainian history "Knowing History is About Us" were held for the employees.
Darnytsia was also awarded for the "Best Internal PR". The project "Change of Communication Paradigm. Every Content Maker" won in this nomination.
