Darnytsia Was Included in the Top 50 Employers of the Country

Darnytsia Pharmaceutical Company was included in the top 50 best employers in the country, according to NV and Odgers Berndtson.

The ranking of the best employers is a joint project by NV and Odgers Berndtson, an international company for the search and evaluation of top-level managers. This list shows employees, shareholders and investors which companies in Ukraine are making the most of their efforts to support their employees during the war.
Having entered the list of the best employers, Darnytsia received two more important awards.

Thus, the company won an award for "Material and Non-Material Motivation" of employees. The internal program "Our Strong Ones" was also recognized in the "Support to Veterans and Their Families" category.

Despite the challenges, we will continue to improve as an employer, investigate the requests of our employees and always meet their expectations, because the most valuable thing for us is our people," Olena Sokolova, People Director of Darnytsia Pharmaceutical Company, said.

We would like to remind that in 2024 Darnytsia entered the list of top 30 employers in the country, according to Forbes magazine and the website robota.ua. Also, the company was included in the top 10 companies of Ukraine that are friendly to the families of their employees, according to the results of 2023.
